In April 2010, I joined Housing Works, a New York City-based nonprofit whose mission is to end homelessness and AIDS through advocacy at local and national levels, provision of lifesaving services such as harm reduction programs and healthcare, and development of entrepreneurial businesses that help fund their efforts.
Under design director Silas Munro, I have worked on a variety of projects ranging from protest signs and posters used in both New York City and Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to informative signage and facade graphics for our ten New York City Thrift Shop locations.
