The Giant Squid collection consisted of screenprinted tee shirts and skateboards. The goal was to appeal to teenage skaters, a demographic that is notoriously interested in anything ‘cool’. Hand printed with paint and glow-in-the-dark ink, the colors recall the fluorescence of ’90s rock and roll posters while sporting the image of the mighty cephalopod Architeuthis dux, the Atlantic Giant Squid.
